Core, Pour & Floor

Location: Gray Physical Therapy Center – 205 Portland Road, Gray, ME 04039

Pilates exercises + pelvic floor education to reduce hip and pelvic pain, improve core strength, and yes, have better sex.

We know talking about pelvic health can be awkward, but if you understand that area better, you can take simple measures to decrease hip or pelvic pain and address issues like incontinence or uncomfortable sex.

Join us in this event where you’ll enjoy a Pilates class, pelvic health talk and Q&A, and enjoy a wine tasting from a clean-crafted wine consultant.

This event will take place outside. In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved inside.

Tickets are required for entry and early registration is encouraged. Participants will need to bring their own yoga or fitness mat.

FREE Ultimate Back & Neck Care Pilates Class

In this 45 minute zoom class, you’ll learn strategies to help release nagging stiff back and neck muscles, as well as Pilates based movements to help strengthen your core and postural muscles. You’ll leave feeling more relaxed and two inches taller. 🙂
