Whether you are transitioning out of physical therapy, recovering from an injury, or simply haven’t exercised for a while, this customized program will help you move closer to your goals. During this 12 week course, you’ll immerse yourself in mindful movement and become more aware, aligned, and mobile. Plus, you’ll feel less pain and more at home in your body!
Personalized Movement Education is not a typical yoga or Pilates or Gyrotonic class. It doesn’t matter how in shape or flexible you are, there’s no pressure to learn a repertoire of exercises or get your leg over your head! This comprehensive program is about educating you about your body and helping you move better, to feel better! The exercises and self care tools you’ll learn are practices that you can take with you for the rest of your life.
