A four-week online Pilates class series to help you strengthen your core, improve posture, and reduce tech related aches and pains.

For many of us, working at a desk is a part of life. We can’t avoid it.

However, we can follow a tailored exercise program to reduce the physical discomfort that comes with a typical 9 to 5 job and the time spent sitting and staring at a screen.

The classes in this series will help you:


Stretch stiff and sore muscles to reduce nagging back, hip, and shoulder/neck discomfort


Strengthen your posture muscles to reduce chronic slouching and improve posture


Build whole body strength and flexibility

Three 30 minute live Zoom Pilates classes a week- 12 classes total!


A replay of all classes that you can follow along at home if you can’t make it live.


Access to a private Facebook group, so you can chat with others about your progress and share your experiences!

Class schedule  (Jan. 13th- Feb. 10th*):

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 12-12:30pm EST

While I encourage you to attend the live classes, if you can’t make one, no worries. You will receive a replay of all.

About me:


Hi, I’m Kirsten Adler! I’m a certified yoga, Pilates, & Gyrotonic instructor. I founded Explore Movement in Brooklyn, NY after teaching at some of New York City’s top studios and health clubs.

I believe that movement is for everybody and over my 16 years of teaching, I’ve taught people of all ages and capabilities. I’m particularly passionate about helping individuals who are experiencing discomfort & stiffness, as well as, the pre/postnatal population. There is nothing that brings me greater joy than helping someone regain trust and confidence in their body.

My inspiration and expertise draws from: a professional dance background, certifications in yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic, sixteen years of teaching, and motherhood. I live with my husband and son in Portland, ME after living in New York City for 16 years.
