A five-week online Pilates class series to help you strengthen your core, improve posture, and
reduce tech related aches and pains.

For many of us, working at a desk is an unavoidable part of life. However, you can gain tools to reduce the physical discomfort that comes with time spent sitting and staring at a screen.

The classes in this series will help you:


Stretch stiff and sore muscles to reduce nagging back, hip, and shoulder/neck discomfort


Strengthen your posture muscles to reduce chronic slouching and improve posture


Build whole body strength and flexibility

Two 45 minute live Zoom Pilates classes a week- 10 classes total!


A replay of all classes that you can follow along at home if you can’t make it live. You also have the option to download and keep them forever! 


Bonus videos- including a 5 minute desk stretch break!


A live “troubleshooting” session where you can get your questions answered. 

By the end of the 5 weeks, you’ll know exercises to help you reduce aches and pains as they arise. You’ll also have enough knowledge to continue a movement practice at home.

Class schedule

The series will run from January 18th- February 18th

Live classes are Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:30am-12:15am EST

While I encourage you to attend the live classes, if you can’t make one, no worries. You will receive a replay of all.

Equipment you’ll need:

Medium/light resistance bands. I recommend this pack

Hi, I’m Kirsten Adler! I’m a certified yoga, Pilates, & Gyrotonic instructor and for more than 17 years I’ve been helping people improve strength, reduce pain, and increase flexibility.

I believe that movement is for everybody and over my 17 years of teaching, I’ve taught people of all ages and capabilities. There is nothing that brings me greater joy than helping someone regain trust and confidence in their body.

My inspiration and expertise draws from: a professional dance background, certifications in yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic, sixteen years of teaching, and motherhood. I live with my husband and son in Portland, ME after living in New York City for 16 years.
