Postpartum-Friendly Core Class Series

A 4 week Pilates small group training series to help you restore core strength.


In addition to helping you develop core strength, this series will also help you:

  •  Improve posture, flexibility, and balance

  •  Reduce neck, upper and low back stiffness or discomfort

  •  Strengthen and tone your core, glutes, hips, and thighs

  •  Relieve stress and create a consistent in home movement routine

  • Increase confidence in your body and your movement capabilities

… all in a safe and supportive environment!


The Series Begins October 12th!

 Here’s what you get when you sign up: 

  • Three online workouts a week- 12 classes total! (No fancy equipment needed)

  • Small class size to assure plenty of attention for you.

  • A recording of all classes that you can follow along at home.

  • Access to a private Facebook group, so you can chat with others about your progress and share your experiences!


Class schedule (Beginning October 12th):

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, 11:00-11:30am

While I encourage you to attend the live classes, if you can’t make one, no worries. You will receive a replay of all the workouts. (They expire after 1 week or you can download them to keep.)




About your Instructor:


Hi, I’m Kirsten Adler! I’m a certified yoga, Pilates, & Gyrotonic instructor now based in Portland, ME, after being an instructor in NYC for 16 years. My passion is helping people reduce pain and stiffness, so they can feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies. I’m a mom to an energetic 3 year old and love supporting other parents.
