About Danielle Kroot
Dr. Danielle Kroot is a physical therapist, running and triathlon coach, and owner of Starting Line. Starting Line is a hybrid facility for endurance athletes offering physical therapy, performance coaching, and group indoor treadmill and strength classes. Danielle’s passion for working with runners came from her own love for the sport and the challenges and injuries she faced herself as a new runner. Her treatment approach is rooted in educating and empowering her patients so they can tackle their goals with confidence. As a new mama herself, Danielle became interested in learning more about how to help women return to running postpartum. She recently co-created a 12 week strength and running program called Moms Run Stronger. Danielle loves being able to help runners from all walks of life get back to the activities they love most.
