Hi, I’m Kirsten Adler! I’m a certified yoga, Pilates, & Gyrotonic instructor now based in Portland, ME, after being an instructor in NYC for 16 years. My passion is helping people reduce pain and stiffness, so they can feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies. I’m a mom to an energetic 3 year old and love supporting other parents.



Hey Mamas, my name is Rachel! I am a certified perinatal fitness instructor and health coach. Along with my Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Exercise Science, I hold certifications as a personal trainer, Barre instructor, and cardiac rehab specialist. Training with women like you to renew your strength, health, and confidence is truly my passion, and I am excited at the possibilities of working together!
