FREE Postpartum Pilates Zoom Class
In this 30 minute class, you’ll learn Pilates based exercises to help you begin restoring core connections. The class is followed by an optional 15 minute Q&A.
Who’s it for:
This class is appropriate for anyone who’s gotten clearance to exercise from their doc to those who had a babe 10 years ago- postpartum is forever. 😉 These exercises are c-section and diastasis friendly.
Thursday, 2/11, from 11-11:30am on ZOOM. An optional Q&A is after from 11:30-11:45. Come with all your postpartum core and exercise related questions!
What you need:
A hand towel and pillow and a yoga mat (if you have one).
