Postpartum Core Restore is a Pilates series emphasizing postpartum core strength to keep your body balanced and stable.

In addition to helping you develop core strength, this series will also help you:

Three 30 minute live online Pilates based mat classes a week- 10 classes total! (No fancy equipment needed)

Small class size to assure plenty of attention for you.

A recording of all classes that you can follow along at home.

 A Facebook support group to answer any questions you may have and help keep you on track
