What past participants are saying:
“I loved the series! It feels so great to take stretch breaks from sitting at the computer. My core and upper body feel stronger and I’m more stable in my pelvis. Even if I don’t feel like doing the class and am grumbling in the beginning, I always feel 1000x better after!”
“On the days I do your classes, my body moves so much better! I have better posture and fewer aches and pains. My core continues to feel stronger and my balance and posture are much improved.”
“The regularity of exercise that this series provides is great for my body! I feel much more aware of my body, posture, and core muscles. Plus the midday exercise feels so good!”
