Does your neck feel cranky from extra screen time?

This is commonly referred to as \"tech neck\" and you're not alone!

When we stare at a screen, our heads naturally shift forward (towards the point of interest) and off the top of our spine. As a result, our chest sinks and our shoulders round.

In other words, we end up slouching.

While there's nothing inherently wrong with slouching, slouching limits movement through our ribs, spine, and hips, and creates extra stiffness in our necks.

Want to know what the solution is?

Exercises that get the shoulders, spine, ribs, pelvis, and eyes moving! And of course, reducing screen time. ;)

Neck stretches can help too, but they are a small part of the solution.

Below are 10 exercises to help you improve your posture and reduce neck, shoulder, and upper back discomfort.\u00a0 <\/p>
