Many of my clients ask me for ideas on how to incorporate more movement at the office.

While we can’t always avoid prolonged periods of sitting, we can can fit movement breaks into our day. After all, our bodies love variety and love to move!

Taking movement breaks helps ease aches and pains, increases our mental focus, and energizes us. Even just a few minutes can make all the difference in how we feel.

Below is a short 5 minute office stretch that you can do seated at your desk! This routine will get you moving and help you relieve your achy office neck and back.
