Kirsten Adler is a yoga, Pilates, & Gyrotonic instructor and has been in the health and wellness field for over 17 years helping people improve strength, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Growing up as a dancer, Kirsten has always been curious about different modalities and approaches to the body and health, which inspired her to make this podcast.
