About Kirsten
Kirsten Adler is a yoga, Pilates, & Gyrotonic instructor and has been in the health and wellness field for over 17 years helping people improve strength, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Growing up as a dancer, Kirsten has always been curious about different modalities and approaches to the body and health, which inspired her to make this podcast. She hopes these conversations answer questions you may have or spark a curiosity in yourself on new avenues to explore.
